Cat A fit out and refurbishment of toilets to the 3rd floor whilst the remaining building was fully occupied.

The scope of works included:

Toilets and lobbies
Full strip out of the female and male toilet area and making good public health, fire alarm, lighting and extract systems.

A new floor tiling has been laid on the newly levelled floors, back painted glass has been installed on the walls and new MF ceilings to incorporate the new lighting system.

The toilet refurbishment has been completed with a new set of cubicles, vanity units and sanitary ware that improved the modern stylish appearance.

The lift and toilet lobbies have been upgraded by applying back painted glass and bespoke walnut veneer wall panels and also all doors have been renewed in this demise.

Office area
The office area has been refurbished by installing new fan coil units and new LED lighting system.

The Cat A fit out has been completed with a new SAS 330 ceiling while the ceiling margin has been refurbished in order to align the whole space into a symmetrical and architecturally pleasant look.

A brand new Kingspan access flooring has been installed and all the windows have been aesthetically refreshed by re-spraying them internally.
