The project was carried it within an occupied building on a very busy high street (restaurants, shopping, etc.). Logistics were a key concern with ensuring both ‘waste away’ and ‘deliveries in’ were co-ordinated in plenty of time with the building management due to a very restrictive entry point. We also only had restricted use of a lift during the day.

The works included:

  • Full strip out of tenant installed partitions, carpets, blinds, etc.
  • Relocating services to suit a Cat A layout, BMS alterations and fully commissioning the system.
  • Remodelling of the core WCs, upgrading sanitaryware.
  • Replacing damaged raised access floor panels and rebalancing floor.
  • Clear white finishes throughout to ensure a “good as new” feel for prospective tenants.
