Project Overview

This project was located next to the square in Covent Garden and posed
certain logistical challenges.

Works include:

A full CAT A refurbishment of level 4 (450m²) including a full strip out of the tenant’s previous offices and installations, new ceilings, new raised floor, all new lighting, new windows throughout, WC light refurbishment

The project was completed on time, on budget, to the satisfaction of the client, Project Manager, PQS and the Building Manager

The immediate roads were one way only, the area was consistently busy with tourists and shoppers, access was restricted to the area of work (4th floor) and only accessible via a rear entrance (in order to avoid workers and materials traversing via the main reception)

The logistical restraints of the building were reviewed by our site team during the preconstruction period – discussions were held with representatives from each tenant, and the Building Manager, to ensure a practical and considered method of waste away and deliveries

This ensured the project proceeded on time and with the input of all stakeholders within the building
