Project Overview

The project involved a full strip out and refurbishment to the client’s high-quality specification and finishes, within a tight programme to deliver expansion space at their headquarters. Works involved the full validations of the existing systems to ensure the additional staff levels were within the capacity and that the systems were fit for purpose.

Full strip and removal of previous tenant installations

New double glazed meeting rooms to ensure high acoustic considerations

New AV and IT installations to suit new offices and meeting rooms

New tea point and break out spaces

Bespoke joinery installations including feature walls and feature cupboards

Ceiling and raised flooring alterations to suit new layouts and specialist floor finishes

Quiet rooms with high acoustic capacities
