Project Overview

The full refurbishment of WCs to 12 floors within 5 Aldermanbury Square. The works were undertaken over 4 phases, 3 weeks per phase, over alternating floors to ensure the tenants were only ever one floor from an active WC area for use.

Works include:

New vanity units

Replacement sanitaryware throughout

Replacement of cubicles

The fire alarm and sprinkler installations were also altered and commissioned

New ceilings

Floor tiling

Mirrors

Glazed entrance doors and lighting
