The areas were unoccupied throughout the duration of the works. We were tasked with refreshing the space to ensure the branding and corporate identity of the branch was up to date with Savills’ Design Statement.
Works include:
New broadloom carpet, timber flooring and entrance matting
The furniture, storagewall and display units were all replaced with new
New artwork was provided to the walls along with new audiovisual installations for marketing purposes
The meeting room was upgraded, copy points were replaced with new and all areas were redecorated to suit the new corporate branding
New lighting and signage throughout revitalised the space creating a welcoming and approachable environment
