The project was for a Corporate and Investment Banking Business. Despite a challenging programme, we delivered the office space snag-free inclusive of late client alterations to the design.

Works includes:

New acoustic walls inclusive of glazed partitioning and doors

New high-gloss kitchen installations with commercial fridge units and vinyl flooring

All new furniture installation to offices, meeting rooms and open plan areas

New reception area inclusive of new feature desk and lighting

Tiled corridor areas leading from the main reception to offices

Folding wall installation to split two meeting rooms inclusive of acoustic separation

New blinds to each window

All new data and IT installation to each desk

New corporate branding and artwork throughout
