Works include:
Bespoke joinery including wall panelling, concierge desk, seating pods, etc
Specific heating and cooling to communal areas to suit individual room requirements (all locally controlled)
A fully integrated ‘cinema experience’ Audio Visual system
Post Room including 60min fire-rated glazing system
Delivery drop off and storage point inclusive of roller shutter
All new screeded floor to make up levels and suit new floor finishes (a mixture of tiling, vinyl and carpet)
New WC facilities for staff use
Enabling works for the future provision of a gym within an adjacent building
