Project Overview

This high quality CAT B fit-out was conducted in a phased manner to ensure the client was able to move (churn works) within the floors whilst we stripped out and constructed elements on other sides of the floors. The space was heavily cellularised and included all new finishes throughout as well as new AV installations, furniture, etc. A high acoustic temporary wall was constructed to ensure ‘business as usual’ for our legal client.

Works include:

Levels 5 & 6

New bespoke joinery items (reception desk, feature wall, kitchen/break-out spaces

New floor finishes (carpets, timber, tiling)

Wall coverings (Vescom and Kvadrat)

New solid and glazed partitions, folding walls, timber doors and ironmongery

All new IT/Data installations connected to an existing (live) server

New Access Control and Security system designed to link with the client’s other offices abroad

1 week moves period per phase (3 phases) for furniture and telephony set up

Each office had a high acoustic requirement

New blinds throughout

New WC finishes
