Project Overview

Works include:

Strip out of the 79 rooms, including furniture, tea points, and shower rooms

Conversion of double rooms into two single rooms, creating a common lobby

New timber flooring

M&E modifications

New doors and Frames (relocation of some existing doors and frames)

Install (free issue) fixtures and fittings

Extensive upgrade of fire alarm systems, fire-stopping and acoustic works

Decoration throughout
