Project Overview

The scheme posed many challenges in terms of logistics (red route to the front of the building, live construction site to the rear) and noise (exposed soffits within building transferred noise with ease). Early liaison with building management and existing tenants ensured we dealt with these matters proactively and the works progressed on programme. We were tasked with achieving a Ska ‘Gold’ environmental target and managed to achieve 100% of all of the targets set by the lead consultant.

Works include:

A new CAT A finish to the floor including full strip out of existing tenant installations

New raised access flooring

Exposed soffits and services

New Mechanical and Electrical installations

New windows to the perimeter

External landscaping on a balcony area

New doors and Ironmongery

Ska 'Gold' Certified

Full redecorations undertook throughout the floor all in accordance with the environmental targets and criteria
