The works comprised the complete internal refurbishment of the shopping centre whilst it was open and fully occupied.
Works Include:
Full strip out of tenant installed partitions, carpets, blinds, etc.
All lighting was changed
Two multi-storey lighting features were installed
All areas were redecorated and artwork designed and installed to promote the local industry in Northampton
All floor coverings were removed and replaced with a vinyl covering
Externally all retail signage was replaced and cleaned
Redecorations carried out
