Reconfiguration of the internal space from a split, single level, into two dedicated single level units being 10A and 10B. Located within an industrial estate, the access in and out required proactive management and control given the number of deliveries and vehicle movements within the area on any given day.
Works Include:
Strip out of all previous tenant installations
Provision of new gas and water utilities, electrical trenching and drainage externally
Form new structural openings, new steelwork, external cladding, blockwork and all builders’ work in connection
Roof works consisting of liquid membrane, guttering, safety netting and general cleaning
Supply and install new doors, ironmongery and windows to achieve required ‘U’ values
Install new PVC underground foul water connection to unit 10 including for cutting warehouse concrete slab and external yard and excavating a trench to provide sufficient fall to connect with existing underground drainage adjacent to unit 10A
New loading bay doors
All new decorations, wall and ceiling finishes throughout
New soft flooring consisting of carpet and vinyl
External road markings and new bollards
All new above and below ground drainage to suit WC facilities
All new lighting and lighting control systems throughout
