Soft strip of existing fit out of finishes and raised access floor

Forming of new electrical risers

Making good and relining of all existing walls, soffits and columns

Construction of new WCs, electrical cupboards and comms rooms

Installation of new RAF throughout office floor and screeding to WCs

Modification and upgrading of base build power and air to suit new layouts

Installation of under floor power, fire alarm and lighting

Installation of VRF system, primary and secondary ductwork and WC extract

CAT B Works

Modification of raised access floor

Modification of services installed within CAT A, to suit new layout of CAT B

Making good and decoration of new walls and ceiling

Construction of new guest WCs inclusive of finishes and sanitary ware

Installation of carpet to meeting room, tiling to WC and teapoint, LVT to open areas

Autex panelling installed to meeting room

Install of new glazed partition with a bronze trim to construct meeting rooms and 2 phone booths

2 new tea points including one island installed and fully equipped with appliances / zip tap

Specialist joinery elements of banquette seating with a feature wall bronze effect frame / reception desk and lockers
