New double-storey shopfront

Full façade repairs

A new terraced area at roof level

Ground Floor and Basement spaces were changed for retail use with all floors above remaining as commercial

Separate entrances were created for each space

New lifts installed to serve each floor

All new MEPH services were installed to include a new VRF system on each floor

New lighting and lighting control

All new toilet ventilation system, electric radiators to stair cores and an all-new Trend BMS system

Architectural works included the infill of an atrium space to gain nett lettable area for future commercial tenants

Full strip out of previous tenant’s offices

All new raised access flooring

Exposed services although lined soffits

New WC refurbishment

Extensive builder’s work within the basement area

Extensive roof works, roof lights, structural glazing, etc.
