Project Overview

The restaurant was closed to enable the works which caused a significant time restraint on completing the works. The works, overall, were completed within 4 weeks (on the programme), per phase.

Works include:

Works to the barrel-vaulted listed ceiling

Careful removal of the existing carpet and underlay so as not to disturb the surface beneath

Laying of a high-quality broadloom carpet throughout

Full redecoration of all walls, ceilings and the bar area

A majority of existing floor boxes were relocated to suit new layouts

Reconfiguration of the CCTV installation

Fibrous cornice works

Full overhaul and re-finishing of the conservatory area
