Project Overview

The construction of a single-storey building in a public square adjacent to Tower Bridge in Tower Bridge Piazza to create a retail unit. The works were carried out working around the general public, and with careful attention not to disturb the surrounding commercial and residential Clients

Works Include:

New Foundations

Single storey structural steel frame

Green roof

Glass cladding with a glass lean-to roof

Relaying of existing York stone paving to new falls complete with surface water drainage

New internal lighting

Provision of future use water, drainage and electrical supplies
