Floors 3, 4 & 9 of 100 Wood St were refurbished to a CAT A standard on behalf of Pontegadea UK Ltd, primed for a prospective new tenant.

Strip out of all previous tenant’s installations including furniture and Comm’s equipment

Full CAT A refurbishment to levels 3, 4 & 9

New feature CAT A floor to level 9

Replacement of Fan Coil units to levels 3, 4 & 9

Refurbish to existing WCs

Refurbish to existing lift lobbies

All new M&E throughout

Removal of tenant’s installed plant at roof level

New roof terrace

All works were undertaken in a live, occupied building
