Project Overview

A full CAT A refurbishment of an office space located above one of London’s most prominent retail areas. Deliveries in and out were a challenge given the volume of vehicular and pedestrian traffic within the area.

Full strip out of existing tenant fixtures and fittings

All new Oak timber flooring throughout

New WC fit-out including tiled finishes & high-quality sanitaryware

New lighting throughout

Overhaul of existing AC including replacement units

New fire rated screens to the central lift lobby

New plasterboard ceilings throughout
